Vietnamese Spring Roll


Chinese barbecued beef or pork

cooked tapioca noodles

cooked shrimp

lettuce leaves

mint

Vietnamese spring roll wrappers


Cook noodles and let cool to cold.  Soak sheets one at a time as wrapping.   Place noodles, meat, lettuce and mint and wrap once around once place shrimp on top and finish wrapping.
